We got the asking price and Monica made the closing process such a simple task, that there simply was no anxiety about it. Now on to selling my mother’s home. A home that had been lived in for 46 years and a mother that was excited about our new blended family adventure but sad and terrified at the process of leaving a home she’s been in for 46 years at the same time. Again, Monica came in, very calming, and immediately my mother felt safe, and calm and knew Monica would take good care of her. We started the very large task of decluttering and a few small clean-up jobs to make sure the house again was easier pictured as owned by a potential buyer. Once we were done and it was listed, the traffic for the house was crazy and my mom was overwhelmed and tired of how many times she potentially was going to need to leave the house for showings so Monica made sure to schedule the showings so that my mom would only need to leave once or twice in larger chunks and less back or forth and that immediately calmed my mom. The bids came in fast and furious and there became a bidding war and the house went over the asking price. Again because of Monica, an easy breath, a sigh of relief, and a very easy closing process that was smooth and comfortable for my mom. I can’t say enough about Monica’s professionalism, her knowledge set on how to successfully sell a home, how her calming nature helps the entire process, her patience through it all, and how hard she works to make the entire process smooth and easy for the seller. She made something I thought was going to be a horribly hard process, a much easier one to bear and I couldn’t thank her enough for that.
Monica did an excellent job of guiding us through the home-buying process as first-time buyers. She was very responsive and clearly explained everything along the way. Any time we had a question or needed something changed she took care of it right away. We felt very comfortable that she and the rest of Howard Hanna would take care of our needs and any issues that arose. They worked together to ensure all of the inspections, mortgage documents, etc were submitted on time and kept us up to date on the status throughout. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and flexible in meeting our scheduling constraints. It was a very easy and quick experience overall, which is exactly how buying a home should be. We will definitely choose to work with Howard Hanna again in the future.
