This home is ready for restoration; the kitchen and bathroom have been stripped down to facilitate your new design. The home retains all of its original woodwork, which is in excellent condition and just needs a little polishing. The flooring features original hardwood that still looks fantastic. While the electrical system has been removed and rewired, it has yet to be connected to the box. The roof is approximately ten years old. The primary bedroom boasts a stunning decorative fireplace and mantle, two spacious closets, and a bank of windows that provide a view of the city. The second bedroom includes a rear porch that requires replacement but offers a lovely, serene spot to relax before bed or enjoy the morning. The third bedroom is located on the third floor, complete with hardwood flooring and a small den just outside the bedroom. There is a one car detached garage that is in rough condition and could be repaired or turned into a parking pad.
